お申込み済のイベントをキャンセルしたい場合は以下のフォームよりご連絡下さい
「お問い合わせ番号」はお申込み完了時にお送りしたメールに記載されている、10桁の数字です
※２名以上同時にお申込みをされ、一部をキャンセルしたい場合は連絡欄にキャンセルしたい人数をご記入下さい
ご記入がない場合はお申込みを全てキャンセル希望として処理させていただきます
キャンセル料について
1）イベント開催8日前の24時までにキャンセルのご連絡を頂いた場合
キャンセル料は無料ですが、コンビニ・ペイジー決済でチケットを購入された場合、またはクレジットカード払いにて支払日から50日以上経過している場合、500円の返金手数料を差し引いた金額を自動返金システム（メルマネ）を利用して返金いたします。
2）イベント開催7日前以降のキャンセルのご連絡を頂いた場合
参加費の100%がキャンセル料として発生しますので、返金はいたしかねます。
